Magnus has worked on numerous base and precious metal properties in 18 geologically prospective belts/areas over the past 4 years and has important land holdings in several key areas. Many of the properties have some proven and indicated resources of nickel-copper, zinc-copper-lead-silver, and gold-silver mineralization and have potential for the development of significant amounts of additional resources through effective exploration. The Company believes that using modern geophysical methods combined with geological interpretation and prospecting, new discoveries can be found in these prospective areas.

The majority of Magnus' land holdings are located in the Central Ore Belt. The Company's properties are categorised as follows:

• Nickel-Copper-Cobalt-Zinc in Outokumpu-type/Black Schist - Savonranta Area and Kainuu Belt (Currently incorporated Joint Venture FinnAust Mining Plc with australian nickel miner Western Areas NL)
• Nickel-Copper in Ultramafic/mafic intrusions - Hälvälä Ni-Cu
• Gold in Archean komatiitic greenstone belts - Pahasuo
• Gold in Layered Intrusions
  
• Zinc-Copper-silver in VMS deposits - Kangasjärvi, Hammaslahti and Vihanti
